'Start' -> 'Programs' -> 'Simlock Remote client'-> start Samsung Remote unlock client -> login -> select model -> Press 'Go Support' b. Go to folder 'Samsung Drivers' and download 'DataConnection.zip' to your computer2. Unzip DataConnection.exe to MMC card3. Run 'dataconnection.exe' via phone explorer. - and select phone usb4. Uninstall Active Sync software and disable / uninstall any other sync software that might interfere with the phone connection (e.g. PC studio Software)5. Type *#7284# then choose USB > Modem (or USB > Phone)6. Type: *#9090# then choose -  Uart_null_usb_diag (Sometimes options differ a little always choose an option with 'usb_diag')7. Set your phone in Active Sync mode (connection mode)8. Connect your phone to your computer with the microUSB cable9. Start 'Samsung Remote Client'10. Login with your SRS username and password11. Select your phone model12. Press 'rescan'13. Click 'direct unlock' and follow instructions when needed.14. doneIf you have trouble please check drivers in Device Manager. Sometimes the 'rescan' doesn't work properly because built-in modems on your computer and you have to set the Com Port number manually, in your Device manager you need the 'Samsung DIAGPORT under 'Modems' or under 'Ports'.
