Customer emails


When buying any of our products we will send you various emails starting with the most important email your product delivery email.

  1. Your Product delivery email
    This email contains your login to start using your product instantly
  2. In case you purchased an 'unlock by codes' (by IMEI) product after you submitted your IMEI we will send you another email when you unlock codes come available. This email contains the unlock codes and a link to the instructions on how to enter the unlock code

It is very important that you white list our email addresses to make sure you can receive our emails and they don't get caught by your spam filter (or the spam filter of your email provider).  Please check our white list instructions carefully.

After your product has been delivered we -may- send you other emails asking for your feedback to improve upon our service and offer you special discounts and big updates on our products / website. All these email will always contain an 'unsubscribe' link at the bottom of the email so if you don't want to receive any more emails just click that link and you will never receive any emails from us again.
