All support tickets from Friday and Saturday were answered Sunday already.
We noticed there are more customers having problems with the latest new security we announced in a previous blog post (and this one). At the moment the only solution for these models is Unlock by codes.
Furthermore some visitors might be getting some new different menu's and new pages because we are testing new menu structure and new shopping experience for your best experience on our website. Soon we are also going to launch a special page for all our friends from Samsung-Updates.com with some awesome special discounts etc :) so keep an eye out for that.
P.s. we are of course also working hard on a solution for the new security mentioned earlier in the post for Note 3, I9300 and some other new models.
