We have also added most of the new models from the last update to the website. There are a few models still missing as we need to double check some data and write new instructions for these new Samsung families. We will soon release our promo and the exact list of all newest
Ok so the worst you can image happened to us on vacation, the servers went down (after such a long good time of stability) and the database didn't come back online after restarting everything.. because we were on vacation we didn't had access to restart the database correctly as result the site was offline for almost 5 days.
Our apologies for the inconvenience. Of course we learned our lesson. First of all we are building in some more security measures and we will never travel without all the needed computers for fixing problems like this. Our presumptions just a little over
While other teams all scream we don't sleep and make crappy small updates we release some real updates while resting good and starting the next morning fresh to do some good work!

We are working to respond to all outstanding support tickets right now and when we have answered the last one we will be going on a well earned holiday in Spain. All systems will remain up and working. 2 important things:

- Support will remain OPEN but will be working slower then usual. We will try to respond to all tickets with 24 - 48 hours during this week.

Today we noticed that the website search function wasn't working correctly on the Europe server due to a configuration problem. We have fixed the problem and search is working correctly again. Our apologies for the inconvenience!

We have added a really cool tool, besides our human translated versions of Italian, Dutch and of course English we now have a new tool which does machine translation for about 42 languages more. Of course machine translations aren't perfect but we have tested it with several language and it actually gives pretty good results.
Important: please remember we 'only' offer support in English, Spanish and Dutch.
