Here you can find important information to unlock your samsung using our service.
Which cable do I need?
Because Samsung has multiple cables for different models it can be hard identifying the cable you need.
For this reason we decided to help you. We created our 'Samsung Cable Selector' tool.
If you still have problems choosing your cable please use the form bellow (Under 'Need more help').
FTDI usb cable
All supported phones by our server will work with a FTDI usb cable. Often when you buy a 3rd party usb cable in any shop it's an FTDI cable. FTDI cable means the cable emulates a comport when connected to your mobile phone.
Serial cable
A serial cable is a cable which you connect to a so called 'com' (or serial) port. Click here for an example image. Mostly these ports are located on the back of your computer.
You can have more then one, so that is why you have to select a Comport number in our client software. Just put your serial cable on the port which is closest to the top of the computer, then select Comport 1, if that does not work select Comport 2 and so on.
Factory usb cable (for example: PCB200BBE)
This is the cable that often comes with a phone when you buy it. This cable is made to only transfer logos/Ringtones to your Samsung, but our service does support this cable only not for all models! All phones that have to be OFF for unlocking do not work with this cable! Use our Unlock guide or our Samsung Cable selector tool to check this!
Which Samsung model needs what cable?
qualcomm = Original cable
qualcomm2 = Dual Cable (usb + serial)
qualcomm3 = FTDI or serial
qualcomm4 = FTDI or serial
trident = original cable that came with the phone (FTDI or Serial is also supported)
sysol(123) = FTDI or serial
swift(123) = FTDI of serial
You can check which type you have by downloading our client and use our test login (user: 'test' pass: '123unlock') and then select your model.

SRS functions explained
Unlock
The unlock function will remove the simlock on your mobile phone giving you the freedom to choose any mobile phone service provider. Also by unlocking your Samsung you increase the resale value of your phone (up to 50%!).
Cost: 3 credits (Unlocking every phone costs 3 credits)
Relock
Relocking is the opposite of unlocking, this means you lock your mobile phone back to the original network. This only works when your phone was locked before! This is recommended when you unlocked your phone, something broke (for example your display) and you want to bring it back to the gsm shop
where you bought it. This to make sure they don't complain about altering the mobile phone (by unlocking it) concerning your guarentee.
Cost: 3 credits (Relocking a phone costs 3 credits)
Reset usercode
The usercode is a pincode that is saved on the mobile phone. Sometimes it's also called 'security code'. This is NOT your pincode from your simcard! This code is a 4 to 8 digit number that people often forget
This function resets this code to '00000000' (8 times zero).
Costs: 3 credits (Resetting usercode costs 3 credits)
Read codes
This functions reads the unlock codes and repair codes from your phone memory. It's the most safe way to unlock your phone and keeps your warranty as it changes NOTHING on your phone.
Costs: 3 credits (Reading Samsung codes costs 3 credits)
System demands
Our software does not demand much but here they are:
Our client software ONLY runs under Windows operating systems
Windows XP is recommended
A stable internet connection (128k upload and download or higher recommended)
128 mb internal memory (or higher)
Windows 98 is supported when Visual Basic runtime is installed
Windows VISTA is supported (you might need administrator rights to install the drivers!)
