What is a DUAL cable?
A DUAL cable is a special unlock cable that has 3 connectors. A normal USB connector and a Serial connector which both have to be connected to the computer. This means your computer will need a Serial port available (some new laptops do not have serial ports any more).
The 3rd connector is of course the cable end that goes in the phone.
