Seems that the mscomm32.ocx wasn't mapped correctly in the installer with last update of our software, we're pushing a new update to fix the problem
We've been getting a bunch of people with the error 339 mscomm33.ocx missing, we are currently checking the error if we forgot to add a file in the installer in the last update or if it might be related to some Windows update (the file is a Visual Basic runtime file).
