Samsung unlock by codes is experiencing some delays as the Samsung database servers are updating. This is an automatic process from Samsung and should be finished in a few hours.

Thank you everybody for your patience with the slower response time it is highly appreciated. My holidays in Greece were amazing! Now sadly the time has come that my girlfriend has to go back to Peru because her visa time has run out here. Oh how I hate all this shit with visas... well anyway support times are back to normal.

Important Support response time announcement
From 23 October 2013 till 30 October 2013 we will be on vacation. This means support response time will be reduced from 'in less then 8 hours a response' to 24 - 48 hours. Also we will be limited to what we can do being abroad as we won't have full access to the system. Some actions like processing refunds and upgrading unlock by cable to unlock by codes will not be possible during this period and will be done when we come back.

Ok so lately Samsung has launched some new security on various popular models which has created confusing concerning sim unlocking these models. In this post I'll explain you what has been happening and the current solutions. Of course we are working hard to find better solutions as we always do!
