All is back to normal and all outstanding tickets were answered yesterday (Sunday) evening by our amazing support team! Big ups to them.
We already announced this in our Twitter however we wanted to warn everybody about this here as well. Samsung has released some new firmwares that currently completely make it impossible to unlock AND downgrade the phone by cable. This is a pretty nasty new security which we don't like.
So if your firmware ends with MG2 or MG4 it can NOT be unlocked by cable (yet).

Damn that murphy's law! Finally we go away for a few days all is prepared and of course almost never anything happens or goes wrong with our system and bamm we go away and the IMEI submission system goes haywire...

Ok so today (it's still Sunday here) we had some problems with our server, our database server was getting hit too hard due the huge number of visitors on our site... WOW thank you for the interest! Ok we have all Unlock by Codes services back active again!
So now these services have been activated again:
- Samsung unlock by Codes (IMEI) South America
- Samsung unlock by Codes (IMEI) Australia (& New Zeeland)
We haven't activated Samsung unlock by codes Asia Pacific yet as that product is limited on carriers and there is often confusion there (it doesn't unlock Docomo) so we feel it's better left inactivated. In case you want to use this product contact support they can help you process your order manually.
