Bad news update about Samsung Unlock codes services
We just received word that the delays are not just delays but it seems various services are down completely for the moment. Here is the full Monty:
Europe: All down - there is a 'Samsung Emergency' service running but this product is not available on the our website yet. We first want to see what is going to happen. This tool is expensive and not very stable at the moment.
USA: Regular and slow tool are down but, the Express and Instant tools are still working.

Region unlock code included
We've been experimenting with this for over a few weeks and all seems to be working very well! So we are happy to announce that our Samsung unlock codes services now also include the region unlock code.
When you receive our unlock codes by email you'll now have an extra code called 'Extra'. That unique 8 digit number is your Region Unlock code. If it is 00000000 that means it is already deactivated and you should not have any region lock on the phone.
There is only one but which we haven't figured
There is a growing problem on the rise....
It is not only our website and our customers where we see it happen more and more but I've also already received emails from various other Samsung unlock code websites asking for help and advise (yes, you read that correct other site owners come to us for advice).

- Region unlock on new models included in 'direct unlock' function for various models like I9500 (Galaxy S4!) Now you can finally unlock those models stuck with region lock!
Some 'bad' news as well:
- I747-ns1 model temporarily removed due problems with disappearing IMEI for some firmwares / operators
- I317-ns1 model temporarily removed due problems with disappearing IMEI for some firmwares / operators
We are working on a solution for this,
Seems that the mscomm32.ocx wasn't mapped correctly in the installer with last update of our software, we're pushing a new update to fix the problem
We've been getting a bunch of people with the error 339 mscomm33.ocx missing, we are currently checking the error if we forgot to add a file in the installer in the last update or if it might be related to some Windows update (the file is a Visual Basic runtime file).
However here is the solution already so you can already move on without having to wait for us to check out why there
