Following on our previous message about the Samsung by IMEI Europe delays here is a new update.
3 days ago all Samsung unlock by codes Europe went down world wide (for all websites) and today we are happy to announce we are one of the VERY few websites who are able to deliver unlock by Europe again. However the deliver time is now (back to) 24 - 48 hours. The average calculated time on the website is an indication about last 10 delivered orders so this is currently NOT correct. The Unlock by IMEI (unlock by codes) Europe service is undergoing some delays due maintenance on the code processing servers. This maintenance will be finished tomorrow and all will be back to normal. Still outstanding orders will then also be delivered. Our apologies for the delays.
Support is back from vacation, we have started responding to all outstanding support tickets today and the rest will be answered tomorrow (Sunday). All systems have been running without any problems this week and more new updates will follow soon.
As announced a couple days before support will be less available starting now. I think we will be able to check tickets again Sunday or Monday. However still be aware we have limited access to our systems so there is only so much we can do on our holiday! Please as always: PLEASE carefully READ the instructions and the delivery email. More then 95% of ALL problems can easily be solved by just carefully reading the instructions. Help yourself, read the instructions and you will have a simlock free Samsung that much faster! All the best and warm regards from the snow! SRS
From Friday 20th January until 29th our support will be available less then normal. Support replies can take up to 3 days during this period. Please as always just make sure you read the instructions carefully, if you really followed the instructions step by step open a support ticket. We will try to reply as fast as possible during our away time.
Thank you for your understanding!
All our services will continue without interruption.
