Samsung by codes Europe Update

So unfortunately still no codes delivered today, even the exclusive back-up service we have access to for European unlock codes refuses services so far. We realize some of you have been waiting for the unlock codes quite some time now so we decided to offer the following options from now:
- Full refund
- Change to unlock by cable + partial refund to make up for difference in product price
- Some more waiting

Samsung by IMEI update

Following on our previous message about the Samsung by IMEI Europe delays here is a new update.

3 days ago all Samsung unlock by codes Europe went down world wide (for all websites) and today we are happy to announce we are one of the VERY few websites who are able to deliver unlock by Europe again. However the deliver time is now (back to) 24 - 48 hours. The average calculated time on the website is an indication about last 10 delivered orders so this is currently NOT correct. The Unlock by IMEI (unlock by codes) Europe service is undergoing some delays due maintenance on the code processing servers. As announced a couple days before support will be less available starting now. I think we will be able to check tickets again Sunday or Monday. However still be aware we have limited access to our systems so there is only so much we can do on our holiday! Please as always: PLEASE carefully READ the instructions and the delivery email.
