We're happy to be back online!
Yesterday a huge security issue was revealed to the world called Shellshock bug which allow remote code execution on many Linux/Unix and Mac servers.
So with this information we directly went to work and checked our servers and we found out they were vulnerable to this bug. To fix the problem we needed to do various upgrades and this caused various problems causing all kinds of error and a few hours of downtime.
We now fixed all these problems and we're back online with fully secure servers protection all data.
Huge update of new Samsung models
We've just updated the website with a huge list of new supported models for unlocking by our software (unlock by cable). Some of these models have been available in the software for a while for beta testing and there are a lot of new brand new models as well.

As announced before we had a huge spike in fraud purchases using the 'Paypal chargeback' trick in the last few weeks. This started with purely Russian domains (.ru) which then moved to mostly gmail addresses but with Eastern European names at which point we limited those orders for extra security checks before processing.
We now see the criminals are adapting again and starting to use emails with American names. This has lead us to the following decision to protect our business:

Suspected Russian Orders will be Delayed
We apologies for our few genuine customers from Russia however we've been experiencing a huge spike of chargeback fraud orders and many of them come from Russian email addresses and Eastern Europe account names.
So we have decided to take action and now all orders from which our system suspects they are Russian / Eastern European they will be pull from the automatic system. This does not mean we don't process them, this means that the orders will be delayed on purpose to make sure we don't get a Paypal chargeback claim.
Thanks to our customer Andre we just found that the social share and retailmenot.com discount codes were not working for all our Unlock by codes service products.
This was a result of us forgetting to update the discount codes with the new products after all the changes a few weeks ago, our apologies and the error has been fixed!
The discount codes are all back working now
